sign. First, go to the Insert tab, click on Text, then select Signature List and choose Microsoft Office Signature Line. Type your name in the box, add a title if needed, and click OK. Next, click on the signature line box, then click on the Insert tab again and choose Pictures. Select your signature image file and insert it. Resize and position as desired. To save your signature as a transparent PNG, right-click on the image, select Save as Picture, and choose PNG as the format. To save your signature as a Quick Part, highlight the image, go to the Insert tab, click on Quick Parts, and choose Save Selection to Quick Part Gallery. Give your signature a name and click OK. Now you can easily insert your signature whenever needed.
