To easily e-sign a PDF file, first download the "Small PDF" extension from the Chrome Web Store. Add the extension to your Google extensions. Click on the Small PDF extension icon. Select the PDF file you need to sign. Click on the "Sign" button and choose the file with your signature. Upload the signature file from your computer, then place it on the PDF document where needed. Save the signed PDF file to your desired location.
