To sign with a certificate-based digital signature, you need a digital ID containing details like your name, email, issuer organization, serial number, and expiration date. In docHub, digital IDs are used to sign or add digital signatures to documents. Follow the steps to create or add a digital ID by going to the edit menu, selecting preferences, and choosing digital IDs. Click 'add ID' to create a new digital ID with your personal information.

Select Email Security. Under Digital IDs, select Import/Export. Select Export Your Digital ID to a file.
Procedure Select the signer certificate that you want to view. Click Manage View. The content of the signer certificate is displayed in the browser. Optional: Click Export. Then, confirm the save operation in the window that pops up.
Export Self-signed Certificate using PowerShell To export the certificate from certificate store to file, run the Export-Certificate cmdlet. The $Certificate variable in the previous command stores your certificate in the current session and allows you to export it.

In Internet Explorer, go to Internet Options. In the Internet Options window, on the Content tab, click Certificates. In the Certificates window, on the Personal tab, select your code signing certificate and then, click Export.
When the SelfCert Success message appears, click OK. Go to C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\\. Click SelfCert.exe. The Create Digital Certificate box appears. In the Your certificates name box, type a descriptive name for the certificate. Click OK. When the SelfCert Success message appears, click OK.
How to Export Code Signing Certificates in Windows Go to Internet Options in the browser settings. On the Content tab, click the Certificates button. In the Certificates window on the Personal tab, select the Code Signing certificate that you plan to export, then click Export. The Certificate Export Wizard will open.
