Select the desired field, right-click, and choose Duplicate Across Pages. Choose to duplicate on all pages or select a range. Name field can be repeated at the top of the second page. Open the PDF document you want to copy text from. Click on the Edit button in the toolbar at the top of the page. Select the Copy Paste Text option from the dropdown menu.
How to Use the Extract Fillable Fields from PDF Feature Upload your PDF document to . Once the PDF document is uploaded, click on the Tools tab at the top of the page. In the Tools menu, select the Extract Fillable Fields option. A new window will appear with a preview of your PDF document.
Right-click the field and choose Duplicate from the shortcut menu. In the Duplicate Field dialog box, leave All selected if you want the field to show on each page, or click From and type the page range, such as pages 1 to 4. You dont have to worry about excluding the page where you added the original field. Click OK.
You can also copy a field by holding down the Ctrl key while dragging the field to its new location. If you are working in a fillable PDF template, remember that linked fields are associated with underlying fillable fields in the PDF.
In your master document, select the relevant fields (holding Control Key for multiple fields), right click, then edit, then copy. you can then paste in your destination PDF (as long as it is in Edit mode).
Open the fillable PDF. Select Tools Forms More Form Options Merge Data Files into Spreadsheets. You can now export everything from your fillable PDF file to an Excel spreadsheet.
