If you cant move or copy a file or folder, you might need to change its permissions settings. You might also need to change permissions settings for the disk, server, or folder where you want to move the item. On your Mac, select the item, then choose File Get Info, or press Command-I.
You can verify your iCloud settings by going to the Apple menu, selecting System Preferences, and clicking on Apple ID. In the sidebar, choose iCloud and make sure the Photos option is checked. If youre having trouble exporting multiple photos at once, attempt to export a single photo to see if that works.
Export photos in a selected format In the Photos app on your Mac, select the item you want to export. Choose File Export Export [number] Photos. Click the Photo Kind pop-up menu and choose the file type for the exported photos.

You may be getting this error message, if you are trying to export too many items at once, because the mac can run out of memory. Try, if you can export all items, if you export in smaller groups, not all files at once. Exporting may fail, if one of the selected files cannot be exported.
In the Preview app on your Mac, open the file you want to export. Choose File Export, then select a file type from the Format pop-up menu.
