On a Mac, press Command + 1 to open the dialogue box. Then go to the font ribbon, and tick on the strikethrough box to activate it.
In Notes, select the text to receive the Strike-through. Right-click on that selected text, and from the secondary menu, choose Font : Styles A styles panel will slide down in Notes. Click Favorite Styles, and then choose Strike-through from the selector.
For a Mac, the shortcut is Command + Shift + X. Pressing the shortcut once will apply the strikethrough.
Export or archive contacts in Contacts on Mac In the Contacts app on your Mac, select one or more contacts. Choose File Export Export vCard, choose a location, then click Save. The contacts are exported as a vCard file (. vcf) only.
How do I strikethrough in Mac stickies? You can cross items off of your list in Stickies by adjusting the font style. Select the text to strike through, and then press Command + T or select Show Fonts under the Font menu. At the top of the window, select the menu that looks like a capital T with a line through it.
On a PC, use the following shortcut to strike through text: Select the text you want to strike through. Press Ctrl+D. A font dialog box will appear. Press Alt+K. The strikethrough feature should now be selected. Press OK. The text will now have a line through it.
In Mail, go to Window - Previous Recipients. You can then add them to your Address Book. If you want to export the list to a file, you can do so in the Terminal by directly accessing the sqlite database with sqlite3.
Select the entire note or just the text you want to reformat. The note window offers icons for bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, and bullet points. You can even paint your notes with different colors. For any note you want to repaint, click the ellipsis icon and choose a different color.
