Select the Security tab, click View certificate, and click the Details tab. Select the certificate and click Export. Select a location in your local machine and save the certificate. Click Close to close the window.
To back up your profile, first close Firefox if it is open and then copy the profile folder to another location. Locate your profile folder, as explained above. Close Firefox (if open): Click the Firefox menu and select Exit. Go to one level above your profiles folder, i.e. to %APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\
Depending on your version of Mozilla or Firefox, the path to this window could be any of the following: Edit-Preferences-Privacy Security-Certificates-Manage Certificates. Edit-Preferences-Advanced-Security-View Certificates. Tools-Options-Advanced-Certificates-Manage Certificates.
Export using IIS Go to Start Administrative Tools Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager. Select the server on which the certificate is installed. Choose the Server Certificates option on the central menu: Right-click on the needed certificate and select Export.
To export/back-up the digital certificate, follow the below instructions: Click the Tools menu at the top of Firefox. Click Options. Click the Advanced icon. Open the Certificate Manager window. Select the certificate that you want to export.
Google Chrome In the Developer tools, click the Security tab. In the Security tab, click the View Certificate button. In the Certificate window, click the Details tab. Click the Copy to File Click the Next button in the wizard. Select the Base-64 encoded X. Chose a path and filename to export the file and click Next.
