Exporting and Printing the Client List Click My Clients under Clients menu. The My Clients screen will open in a new tab. On the My Clients screen, click the Export to Spreadsheet option. The Client List is exported to an Excel spreadsheet. You can print the spreadsheet by clicking Print under Excel Office menu.
From the Contacts screen, you are able to export all of your contacts. Once logged in, click Contacts in the left navigational menu, then click on the multi-select icon, and then click Export Contacts.
Information Click the Search menu. Select any search. Perform your search. Select the listings that you want to include in your export. Note: You may export up to 5,000 listings at a time. Click Export. Select a Export file format from the dropdown menu. Click Export.
Export saves the selected data fields for properties that match search criteria into a text file. To export data, select Export from the File menu on the Data Table. In the Save in box, enter the path and name of the file to export into if it is different from the default.
