In this YouTube tutorial, Kevin demonstrates how to create a fillable form using Microsoft Word. A fillable form allows others to fill out information but not edit the form structure. Various elements like check boxes, text fields, and drop down lists can be used to build the form. Completed forms can be emailed, printed, or connected to a database. Today's tutorial focuses on creating the form, not database connection. It's similar to a docHub PDF form but in Microsoft Word. Sample files are provided for practice. To begin, open a Word document and design the form.
