In the DonorPerfect system, exporting data to Excel allows users to pull specific information from the interface. Users can customize their exports by creating templates that save selected fields, facilitating repeated exports without needing to re-select fields each time. Default templates include all available fields, while custom templates display only user-selected fields. All export templates can be found under the settings menu. To create a new template, users should click the "create new template" button, name their template, and choose a template type from the dropdown menu. The selected template type determines the available fields for export, with the mail merge type displaying main address fields.
