hi my name is Gordon from gimme OH and today Im going to show you how to fix email signature images that are changing size but so what I mean by that is sometimes when you create an email signature and you expect an image to be a certain size when you paste it into your email client such as our law court Apple Mail the image itself actually becomes a lot bigger so it becomes enlarged the reason that happens is because Outlook and Apple Mail they use dpi which is dots per inch in order to scale the images or more so to display the images on in the inside the email client so if your images are over 96 dpi for Outlook or over 72 dpi for Apple Mail the images would look larger when theyre actually displayed in the email client itself so just to give you a bit of background about dpi DPIs dots per inch and what that means is if youve got an inch you know worth of screen space its the amount of dots or pixels that will be that will populate that one inch of length so yeah so just recap

If recipients fail the authentication challenge They no longer have access to your documents. You locate the envelope on your Manage page and resend it. A new notification email goes out to all outstanding recipients and your signer can again attempt to validate using the access code you provided them.
Any documents signed with can be stored and accessed with a free account. Open the app and tap [Sign Send]. Next. Upload the document you need to sign. Tap [Add a Signer], enter the recipients information, and then hit [Next]. Tap the area that needs a signature and select Signature from the menu.
If you are adding your signature to a self-signed document, you can adjust the size of the signatures youre placing. After youve positioned the signature on the page, click and drag the bottom right-hand corner of the bounding box. This will let you adjust the size.
Resizing an existing electronic signature file or logo file to be in the appropriate dimensions: Open Microsoft Paint (do not open the signature or logo file) Click the Resize button. Mark the option to resize the blank area by pixels and unmark the check box to Maintain aspect ratio
NOTE: When uploading or drawing your signature, you must provide both your signature and your initials. If you upload a signature image, the maximum size is 145 pixels tall by 400 pixels wide.
Quick troubleshooting steps: Ensure the file is one of the supported file formats. Confirm file size is less than 25 megabytes (MB). If the file is corrupt, try opening and saving document as a PDF before uploading.
A: If you fail authentication three times, you must contact the sender to have them resend the envelope with a new code.
Access code authentication An access code is an alphanumeric phrase that you can set on an envelope before it is sent to recipients. Each recipient is prompted to enter the access code before they are able to open the documents contained in the envelope.
Account-wide custom font Log into as an Administrator and click the Settings tab from top banner across the main page: Click on Sending Settings. Under Fields and Properties there will be an edit option for Default font for fields. Once you click ok, make sure to click Save.
Complete the signing session Review the information you have added to the required and optional information fields and make any changes if necessary. After reviewing the document, select FINISH. Complete the required fields and select SAVE.
