Go to Edit, select New DWORD Value, enter MaximumAttachmentSize, and press Enter. In the Value data text box, enter the desired attachment size limit in KB. For example, to set a size limit of 25 MB, first tick the box next to Decimal and then enter 25600 (because 25600 decimal = 25.6 MB).
Unfortunately, there is no option to increase the attachment area so that you can view all the attachments without scrolling it. However as a workaround you may right click on the attachment area, choose the option to save all the attachments and save the attachments to a particular location and check.
