In this video tutorial, you will learn how to create a performer invoice using Microsoft Excel. Begin by opening a new Excel workbook and merging the first five rows across three columns. Insert your company's logo and label the document as "Performer Invoice." Below, add your company name, address, phone number, email, date, invoice number, and due date, merging the relevant cells and changing their colors as needed. Include the recipient's name and company information under "Bill To" and "Ship To" sections, leaving a row in between. Next, add a sequence number, followed by columns for description, quantity, unit price, and amount. Select the range up to row 30, press Ctrl + T to create a table, choose headers, and apply a table color of your preference.
