In this video tutorial, we will learn how to paginate a PDF and add page numbers, date, or custom text to specific pages. To add pagination, go to the tools tab, click on edit, then header and footer, and select add. Choose where to place the pagination (header or footer, left, right, or center) and click into the desired location. For example, to add pagination to the bottom right corner, click on the right footer text window. Click on insert page number to display the page number field with editing options for font size, color, and margin area. To paginate a specific page range, click on page range options and select the desired range, excluding the first page if needed.
