They enable teams to organize, assign, prioritize, track, and efficiently complete tasks. All maintenance work orders follow a life cycle comprised of six main steps. The first step is identifying the task—planned maintenance can be scheduled ahead of time, while reactive maintenance occurs as needed. The subsequent steps will be explored in detail in the video.
