Does docHub have a file size limit?

File size/Upload: Acrobat Sign limits the size of each file uploaded to 10MB. If you attempt to upload a document outside this bound, you get an error under the file that says Upload limit exceeded.

What size file can docHub Esign?

Maximum upload size for docHub Individual account is 10 MB per transaction. You can reduce the size of the document using Acrobat DC application then upload it in the docHub environment.

How do I increase the size limit in docHub?

There is a limit assigned to each service level of the docHub account. Once you docHub the limit, there is no option to increase the transaction limit. If you need to increase the transaction limit, you need to upgrade the service plan.

What is the size limit for docHub signature?

Note: docHub has a default 10MB limit on the file size that can be sent. If the file is too large, FYI displays a message File size too large. You can request docHub to increase this limit for your practice. In FYI, on a list, select one or more PDF documents for a specific client.

What to do if PDF file is too large?

How do I increase the size of my signature in docHub?

When you select the document and before initiating the signature process please go to custom form options and from there you can resize the Signature field. Just click and hold from the bottom right corner of this field and resize it.

What is the file size too large for docHub?

File size/Upload: Acrobat Sign limits the size of each file uploaded to 10MB. If you attempt to upload a document outside this bound, you get an error under the file that says Upload limit exceeded. Pages/Transaction: The whole transaction (all files merged) has a total page limit of 500 pages.
