hello everyone today im going to show you how to electronically sign a contract when your accountant sends you a contract you will be able to see it in your to-dos or under the contract section on the left sidebar here you will be able to see the contract name who has signed the date it was sent and the status right now its still pending so lets click on the contract once you click on the contract you will be able to see all the information and towards the bottom you will be able to click on the signature field type in the name and then you check off the agree to the terms above check box and then click on sign then you will be able to see the date stamped at the bottom if we go back well still see the status as pending the reason being is because the contract will still be pending until it is not signed by all signatories theres still one more signature pending once that signature is signed then this will turn into complete status thank you guys have a great day
