Click on the contract to access more information, then scroll down to the signature field. Enter your name, check the box to agree to the terms, and click "sign." After signing, a date stamp will appear at the bottom. The contract status will remain pending until all required signatures are collected. Once all signatures are obtained, the status will update to complete.
