With Foxit Sign, you can create online forms to gather information from recipients before document signing. To start, ensure you have a saved template; refer to the tutorial on creating templates if needed. Go to the Templates tab, select the desired template (e.g., Employee contract) for sharing with new employees, and upload it. Next, select the template and click on "Create Online Form" from the main menu. A preview of the template will appear, along with a request for additional information.
