To disengage the flash, hold the override button as you take the picture. This can be a little tricky if youve never done it before and sometimes your fingers can get in the way of the lens, so take a moment to double-check that your hands are out of the way before your snap your photo.
Dead Battery If the camera does not turn on, the problem may be that the battery is dead and needs to be replaced. The cartridge holding the undeveloped film and power pack are the same unit. After replacing the cartridge, the camera should turn on.

A: i-Type film contains no battery in the cartridge so it will only work with Polaroid Originals i-Type cameras like the OneStep 2. 600 film cartridges have a battery built in, as the vintage Polaroid 600 cameras did not have a built in battery in the camera. Thank you for your feedback!
You have to hold down onto the eject button (it looks like a little arrow) and then you open it but keep holding the button down when you peel the Polaroid sticker on the cartridge and just pull it out by your end of the sticker.
