Clear All Formatting Select the text with the formatting you want to clear. Select Home Clear All Formatting. or press Ctrl + Spacebar.

To delete a shape, you must click its border. If the shape that you want to delete contains text, and you click inside the shape rather than clicking its border, then some of the text is deleted when you press Delete, but the shape itself is not deleted.
To remove some or all of what youve written or drawn, right-click the slide, point to Pointer Options, and then do one of the following: Click Eraser, and then hold down the left mouse button and drag the eraser over what you want to erase.
On the Home tab, in the Styles group, right-click the style that you want to remove from the gallery. Click Remove from Style gallery on the shortcut menu. Note: Removing a style from the gallery does not remove the style from the entries that appear in the Styles task pane.
Select the picture for which you remove an effect. Under Picture Tools, on the Format tab, in the Picture Styles group, select Picture Effects. Select the Picture Effects category that you want to remove. In the menu that appears, the first option is No (such as No Shadow or No Reflection).
Click in the text box. Click the Text Box Tools Format tab, and then click Text Fit. Click Do Not AutoFit.
Click Format Background. In the Format Background pane, under Fill, click Solid Fill. Click the Color button and select white, or any other color you like. If you want to remove the background from all slides, click Apply to All.
