hello everyone in this video i will show you how to clear actual server log files so you can see is my database and my file is in here my log file is so big its nearly 90 gigabytes so i need to clear it in order to get some free space for storing more database file okay so i dont want to get i dont want to need a log file anymore okay so i recommend you before you clearing the log file you need to back it up okay so if you you have some mistake you can uh recovery it and roll back it okay so now lets go together i want to clear this log file and as you see here my database so you can go to property and file and you can find my paths okay is okay my part of data files okay so now i want to click i use the command line use my database you put the database name is cp db k here and then you need to alter database and put the database name cpdb okay c p d p set recovery simple okay go and then you try dbc string file you put the file name yes it means the log file you put the log file
