good morning good afternoon uh some of our customers have questions about how to remove the sample data that comes with either inventory cloud or asset cloud itamp;#39;s sister product so itamp;#39;s pretty straightforward to do and iamp;#39;m going to walk you through that now so of course this is the login page iamp;#39;m going to log into my inventory cloud and this is the it always lands you on the view items page by the way uh so oh you go up to the right hand corner here to the gear and you would then select settings and then um you would select the retail reset tab thereamp;#39;s a drop down there and uh you can erase all data of course you want to do this before you enter your own data this will erase all the sample data in the system as well as the other data so if you click on that you notice over here it brings up the menu if you delete the trial data and you want to bring it back you can also do that but all you do is hit this erase all data it will not erase any users
