todays video from sharp hell were taking a look at z1 reporting on the xca 203 206 and 20s registers ill see in this video im using the uk version 203 but the process is the same across the range so if you see my previous video ive just explained how to do an x1 report so i took this x1 report at 9 31 on the sick for the 6 20 and then i ran through some more sales to prove that the x1 report just keeps adding up so x1 and then a bigger total so an x report you would do during the day to see or during a time period to check progress ill leave those out there because theyre relevant um and then a zed a z-read is normally what you do at the end of the day the difference is you get the same information but the z data is resetting it back to zero ready for the following days trading some of the confusion can come because running the reports is very similar and the report you get out looks very similar so a problem we get as cash register dealers is people ringing up saying matilds

Once you decide whether you need to void or delete a transaction, heres how to do it: Go to Bookkeeping, select Transactions, then select All Sales (Take me there) or Expenses (Take me there). Find the transaction. In the Action column, select the small arrow ▼ icon and then select Void or Delete.
