You cant delete a recommendation youve received and accepted but, never fear, you can hide the recommendation so no one else sees it. To do this, click on Me at the top right of your LinkedIn page and select View Profile.
Contact the office of graduate admissions and inform them that you wish to withdraw the letter of recommendation. Inform them that the letter was sent without your approval and let the admissions office sort the rest out.
No. Because once sent, you cant change a submitted recommendation letter. You can write a second letter, but no party has solicited such a letter, and receiving institution may not even have a mechanism to deal with errata in recommendation letters appropriately.
Unfortunately, its currently not possible to delete a transcript or recommendation letter from a students account, but you can replace them with the correct one!
