hello friends welcome back in this video iamp;#39;m going to show you how to quickly delete range of pages from microsoft word document if you want to delete some page right so what do we do we select the content of that page and hit delete or backspace to delete that page right but what if you want to delete 50 or 100 pages so selecting tens hundreds of pages manually becomes really difficult so what to do in this video iamp;#39;m going to show you a trick by which you can select and delete the range of pages in my current document i have seven pages let us quickly add pages by using filler text you can see i have 25 pages right now so that is good enough for this current video let us say i want to delete the content from page 10 to 20. so what do i do i first go to the starting of the page number 10 and the document is really big you can use a go to command that is f5 and go to command make sure that in go to what page is selected and here you enter the page number on which you wan

Edit Recipients dialog box The list of recipients Shows all the records that will be used in your mail merge. Data Source Select Edit to change individual fields, or add records. Sort Select up to three level of fields to sort in ascending or descending order.
Go to Mailings Finish Merge Edit Individual Documents to review and update each letter individually before printing.
To add a numeric switch, perform these steps: Select the merge field whose format you want to change. Press Shift + F9 to display the coding of the selected field or Alt + F9 to expose the codes of all the fields in your document. Add a numeric switch code to the end of the field.
The recipient list will appear grayed out in the message until the list has finished refreshing at which point you will be able to change the list. You must wait for the list to complete refreshing before youre able to send the message.
To remove a recipient, simply tap their name. It will be highlighted. Then use the backspace key to remove the recipient.
If you want to exclude certain recipients, then click the Edit Recipient List button in the Start Mail Merge group. The Mail Merge Recipients dialog pops up, and you check or uncheck checkboxes to add or remove the recipients from the mail merge.
Select from the arrow drop-down menu to the far-right of a recipient name. Select Delete. The recipient disappears from the page. Select the Save and Close button at the top-right of the page.
To edit an existing mail merge document: Select Letters Mail Merge Document Maintenance. The Mail Merge Document Search window is displayed. Type search criteria in the search fields and click Find. Select the document you want to edit. Click Edit. Click Edit. Select File Exit. Click Ok.
