Hi everyone, Kevin here. Today I want to show you how you can create your very own fillable form using Microsoft Word. First off, what is a fillable form? You can have people go in and fill out a form, but they wonamp;#39;t be able to edit the questions or the structure of the form. You can use things like check boxes, text fields, drop down lists, date pickers, to build your form. Once someoneamp;#39;s finished completing your form, they can e-mail it back, they could print it out, or you could even connect it to a database. Connecting to a database is outside of the scope of todayamp;#39;s tutorial. Itamp;#39;s kind of like an docHub PDF form, but itamp;#39;s Microsoftamp;#39;s version of it. This is the functional definition of radio-buttons. Once a selection is made, you can only switch from one button to another, not de-select them entirely (unless you reset the form). Tools - Forms - Preapare Form - More Options - Clear Form.
Radio buttons are distinct from checkboxes. The user can change options between a set of radio buttons, but it cannot be deselected. You can refer to this answer for a better explanation as to Why is it impossible to deselect HTML radio inputs? PS.
This is the easiest way we can find to delete a radio button in a PDF file. Open the PDF file, and select Add or Edit Fields from the Forms menu. Then, the Forms toolbar will appear. Select the radio button that you want to delete. Press the Delete button on your keyboard or press Delete from the Edit menu.
