itamp;#39;s also worth noting by the way that you can also share your surveys with other researchers from within your survey section itself so letamp;#39;s say my ice cream survey if I wanted to share that either with specific people or with everybody I could select um this check box here say share selected surveys I could say who I want to give specific access to or Iamp;#39;ll try giving read access to everyone uh letamp;#39;s see what happens there share survey and now if you were all to go to your dashboard and your surveys if you do have a Pavo your account you would be able to see my ice cream survey but you would need to make sure that you tweak this access right section here to also display shared surveys

Delete Survey and All Responses Click on Delete Data. Click on Clear Responses under Clear All Responses for clearing all the responses of the survey. Click on Clear Responses under Clear All Test Responses for clearing all the test responses of the survey.
Modifying a part of a questionnaire is done all the time. First, you might need permission to use the questionnaire. Secondly, you must pilot and evaluate the modification. This could be anything from a Delphi technique, cognitive interviewing, to a full scale pilot and examination of validity/reliability.
To update a survey, carefully consider how your changes will impact the data youve collected so far. If your survey is still fresh, chances are you can make changes without your respondents even noticing.
To delete a question: On the Design Survey page, hover over the question you want to delete. Click Delete .
Use the My Surveys page or new Homepage to organize and manage your surveys. Click to the right of any survey to access more options. Go to the Design Survey section of the survey to preview your survey design, edit questions, or edit the theme.
Clearing or Deleting Responses Go to the Analyze Results section of your survey. Click the Individual Responses tab toward the top of the page. In Table view, find the response you want to delete. Click the Delete button on the right side of the table. At the confirmation message, click Delete Response.
You can edit your form anytime, even after sharing it with your users to collect responses. To make edits, open your form in Google Forms and select an existing question or answer choice to edit or add a new question, section, image, video more.
Once a survey is active and published, it can still be edited, but you must be careful and cautious when doing so. If you want to correct any grammatical errors or change the text of a question or a possible answer, you can do so without any consequences. The data will remain unchanged.
