To remove the deleted points completely, perform a Save As operation. ReCap prompts you with an optimization message similar to the prompt with a simple Save procedure, and specifically asks if you want to permanently remove deleted points.
Solution: To delete sketch entities, perform one of the following: Click the point or sketch geometry and click delete on your keyboard. Right click sketch geometry and click Delete.
To delete the point, right-click in the box to the left of the points row, then click Delete id. Click Close.
