you can select and delete points to permanently remove those points from the scan file this can be a good way to clean up extraneous points that are outside the area of interest or to eliminate points representing people or vehicles that were captured as part of the original scans be careful when deleting points however because the points you delete are permanently removed from the scan file and can only be restored by using the undo tool immediately after you delete them for example open the project navigator and restore the basilia view state that restores the limit box that had previously been saved you can see that a person was captured as part of the scan you really do not need that person in the point cloud so you can delete those points in the project menu expand display settings toggle ui elements perspective to switch to a parallel projection then use the view cube to switch to a left side view and then zoom in next use a window to select the points comprising the person and t

To delete a snapshot using the console Open the Amazon EC2 console at . In the navigation pane, choose Snapshots. Select the snapshot to delete, and then choose Actions, Delete snapshot. Choose Delete.

To manually delete a recovery point using the console, complete the following steps: Open the AWS Backup console. In the navigation pane, choose Backup vaults. Select the backup vault that contains the Amazon EC2 backups. Then, choose the AMI you want to delete. Choose Actions, and then choose Delete.
Resolution Open the Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (Amazon EC2) console, and then select AMIs. From the dropdown list, select Owned by me. Choose the gear symbol in the upper-right corner. Turn on the Product code option, and then select Confirm. Select the AMIs that you no longer need. Select Actions, Deregister AMI.
If you create an AMI from an existing instance, once the AMI is created, AWS creates a snapshot of the root storage as well as all the EBS volumes that are attached to the instance. When you deregister the AMI, it is simply deleted.
To delete an image (AWS CLI) List the images in your repository. (Optional) Delete any unwanted tags for the image by specifying the tag associated with the image you want to delete. Delete a tagged or untagged image by specifying the image digest.
