To remove the background color of a picture in a document, click the picture and go to Picture Tools tab. Click Set Transparent Color button and select the background color to remove. You can also change the picture's color this way. Use Set Transparent Color to remove original color, then set background using Picture Fill drop-down button. To reset, click Reset Picture.
