Access the PIC Error Dashboard to identify all PIC errors impacting your PHA. Once a PIC error is corrected, it will drop off the dashboard at the next weekly update, meaning the error is no longer present. However, certain errors will not automaticallyfall off the dashboard once corrected or cannot be resolved, such as those relating to Social Security Numbers or overlapping portability and End of Participation dates. To have these errors removed, PHAsmust submit the PIC Error Removal Form to HUD.
