[Music] whats up guys Andy here with another episode of tap lab today Im going to show you how to delete a photo or an attachment from your text lets hop over to the message of that and then lets say someone sends you a photo that you just like dont want in your texting thread anymore maybe its annoying or offensive or something you just dont want to see it what you can do is tap the information icon in the top right and then scroll through to find the photo lets just say its this one in the top left here what you can do is hold down on that you want to do it a long breath not a 3d touch a long press if you dont know the difference I made a video about this Ill link in the description below and you can check that out but basically just hold your finger down on it and then it will give you three options copy delete and more and all you want to do is hit delete delete attachment and then that photo will be gone you can also do this with videos and other types of attachments an

Launch the Messages app and open any conversation. Press and hold the picture/video. Now, tap More. Select the picture/video you want to delete.
Open the email message in the reading pane or double-click the message to open it in a new window. Select the drop-down arrow next to the attachment name and then select Remove attachment. Close the message and save changes.
Cleaning out attachments from Android Tap on the Files app. Scroll down and tap Images or Videos. Scroll to the left to find the Messages folder and open it. This is where the images will be stored. Tap on any images you want to delete and hit the Trash button.
Delete photos videos On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Photos app . Sign in to your Google Account. Tap and hold a photo or video you want to move to the trash. You can select multiple items. At the top, tap Delete .
The chances are that the iPhone wont delete photos because you have previously synced your photos with iTunes or added photos to the device with a third-party app. Most likely the photos you cant delete are located in the From My Mac section of the Photos app.
Choose Message Attachments and preview the detailed contents in the program as below. Tick the attachments you wish to erase, and then click Erase Now button to remove it permanently.
Tap to open it and once youre there, press on an image to activate selection mode and tap everything you want to trash. When youre done, touch the trash can icon in the top right, and confirm by hitting Delete in the emerging dialog box. You can also bulk delete by selecting files by date.
Open Messages, tap the conversation, and then do the following: Tap and hold the photo, link, or attachment. Select More. On the next screen, the item will have a checkmark. Tap Delete (trash can icon) on the bottom. Confirm that you want to remove those items by tapping Delete again.
