No, you cannot bypass security lockout on iPhone without erasing data. If you enter the wrong passcode too many times, your iPhone will be disabled and you will need to erase it to unlock it.
The steps below should act as a guide for many phones, but will not match perfectly onto every Android device. Go to Settings System. Tap Reset Options. Choose Erase all data (factory reset).
