First, log into your Shopify account and navigate to Settings, then Shipping and Delivery. Scroll to the bottom to find the Packing Slips section and click on Edit. It’s recommended to create a backup of the templates by copying everything into a text document. Next, locate line 170, which starts with "Thank you for shopping with us" and includes the line for the store name and the store address summary. Delete the line with the store address and save the changes. After previewing, if there’s extra space, remove one of the BR tags, then preview again.
