How do you unlock bluebeam markups?

To lock or unlock a markup, select it (either in the workspace or on the Markups list) and do any of the following: In the General section of the Properties tab, select Lock. Right-click select Lock. Press CTRL+SHIFT+L.

How to use the eraser in Bluebeam?

Select the desired type of eraser from the Eraser Hover Bar that appears (see The Eraser Hover Bar below for more information about the different erasers available). Click and drag the cursor over a markup. Elements that will be deleted will turn gray. To abort the erasure, press ESC on the keyboard.

Erase Content cannot be used on a PDF that has been digitally signed or certified. Go to Edit Content Erase Content.

Why won t Bluebeam let me edit?

If the PDF/A file is currently locked, the Security icon in the Navigation bar changes to the PDF/A icon. Click the icon to open the Document Properties dialog box to the Security tab. Click Unlock to unlock the file for editing.

How to erase content on multiple pages in Bluebeam?

To apply a redaction to all pages of a PDF, right-click it and select Apply to All Pages. The same area will be redacted on all pages of the PDF. To set the appearance properties of a redaction, right-click it and select Properties. See Redaction Appearance Properties for more information.
