in Microsoft Excel you have the option to remove formulas and remain with the data that you have used to get your totals for example here if I double click you see that there is this formula that adds cell e 2 + FS2 but if only one to with the uh totals maybe you want use it for export so what you do is high click um highlight all the the sales with the formulas then you press contrl C on your keyboard and then you right click on your mouse and you choose a paste s values so once youamp;#39;ve done that it means that now youamp;#39;ll be able to see that on the formula bar here we donamp;#39;t have any formulas on those sales as we click them so this is the first method that you can do watch out for part two where we show you another more sophisticated method to get the same result so bye for now
