Welcome to Office Mystic. In this video we will delete all section breaks at once. Open the amp;quot;Find and Replaceamp;quot; window by holding down Ctrl-H on your keyboard. Pull down the amp;quot;Specialamp;quot; menu near the bottom of the window and select amp;quot;Section Breakamp;quot;. Leave the amp;quot;Replace withamp;quot; field empty. Click on the amp;quot;Replaceamp;quot; button, which will replace the section break with nothing. Click on amp;quot;Replace Allamp;quot; to remove all the section breaks at once. What is the keyboard shortcut when I need to remove formulas? Choose the column where you want to take away the formulas. To do it quickly, choose the first cell in the column and press Ctrl+Shift+Down on your keyboard.
Delete a formula but keep the results Select the cell or range of cells that contains the formula. Click Home Copy (or press Ctrl + C). Click Home arrow below Paste Paste Values.
Select the cell or range of cells containing the formulas you want to convert. Press Ctrl + C (Windows/Chrome OS) or ⌘ + C (Mac) to copy the selected cells. Without changing your selection, press Ctrl + Shift + V (Windows/Chrome OS) or ⌘ + Shift + V (Mac) to paste the values only.
How to remove a formula in Excel Find the cell or cells containing the formula. Select all cells in a range that contains the formula. If its one cell, you can click that cell. Find Current Array Click on any cell in the selected range. Delete the formula. After selecting Current Array, select the Delete option.
Press Ctrl + C (Windows) or Cmd + C (Mac) to copy the displayed value in the cell. Then, use Ctrl + Shift + V (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + V (Mac) to paste the value back into the cell without its formula. This effectively removes the formula but keeps the value.
Classic way to convert formulas to values in Google Sheets Copy the data by pressing Ctrl+C (for Mac its Cmd+C) on your keyboard. Then press Ctrl+Shift+V (for Mac its Cmd+Shift+V) to paste everything back as values: Tip.
Double-click an equation, and press Delete.
