so hi hello everyone welcome to jes medras in this video tutorial we are going to see how to perform erase analysis in arcgis so as you can see here these are two layers which is uh going to be used in this analysis one is the cma file one is the mask file so these are the two layers so the basic thing which is going to be performed in this analysis is that iamp;#39;m going to erase a portion of this mask file using this ema file so that is what we are that is the analysis which we are going to see so for that we are going to use the tool called as arrays go to the option arc toolbox under that you can find the option analysis tool just select it and come down to the option overlay here you can find the option arrays too so this is one of the method to getting the two otherwise you can directly use the search button sorry search tab here we need to type in the tool name erase analysis tool so now the next thing is that we need to input the features so our input future will be mask fil
