Use a PDF editor to erase individual words. Open the PDF file you want to edit in Acrobat. Click on the Edit PDF tool on the right-hand side of the screen. Select a text block and make changes in the PDF or erase words using your keyboard.
Click on the report from My Reports page in which you want to delete an expense. Scroll down and find the expense that needs to be deleted. Click on the Remove button below the expense to remove it from the report.
Click the Erase button in the Tools tab to get a content eraser. Select the content that you want to white-out by clicking and dragging the cursor. Release the cursor when you have finished erasing text or images. You can use the eyedropper to match any color in the document, and the slider to resize the eraser.
Open your PDF in PDF Expert. Click the Page thumbnails icon in the upper left corner. Click a page you want to remove and click the Delete button.
Click on the Edit PDF tool on the right-hand side of the screen. Select a text block and make changes in the PDF or erase words using your keyboard. Erase entire text blocks by clicking Delete when the block is highlighted.
How to redact data across the entire PDF Click Edit Redact in PDF Expert. Select Find and Redact on the sidebar. Type the word or number you want to hide. Click Blackout All or Erase All.
