In this video tutorial, you'll learn how to view, manage, and organize offers received when both the buyer's agent and the listing agent are eContracts users. When a buyer's agent emails a contract to you as the listing agent, you'll receive a notification of an offer in your eContracts account. To access the offer, log in to your CTM account and look for a flashing red arrow next to the "new offer received" message. Click on the client name, then the listing address above the notification. You'll enter the transaction view, and at the bottom, an integration box will display offers received from eContracts agents, complete with a series of green links for further actions.
