Steps Navigate to the projects Drawings tool. Click the Info button next to the drawing you want to open. In the General section, click Edit. Mark the checkbox next to Obsolete. Click Update. The drawing will now have a red banner with a warning that the drawing has been marked as obsolete.
If a Portfolio Financials project was created by mistake, you can delete the project from Procore. It is important to note that deleting a project is permanent. After a project is deleted, the project and associated bid rooms will no longer be accessible.
Navigate to your projects Drawings tool. Click Open next to the drawing you want to mark up. Click the Markup icon. Mark up your drawing or select the markup(s) that you want to edit by using the Select or Multi Select markup tools.
Additional Information: When you delete a drawing from your project, you cannot restore it from the Deleted Drawings area to your drawings log. Deleted drawings can be accessed and downloaded, then uploaded again if a drawing is accidentally deleted and needs to be added back to a drawing set.
