hi and in todays video Im going to show you how to make a really quick and simple letterhead in word its really important here you can do it two different ways you can put the letterhead in the main body of your document or you can put it in the headers and Footers to allow it to repeat on different pages so Im going to show you how to create it first then well put it into the headers and Footers so the first thing I want to do is go to insert shapes click on the drop down and we select this shape here but you can find that shape a little bit further down and right here then just click and drag out the shape move all the way across and then were just going to move it to the top now with shapes youve got fill color and an outline color so were going to change both of those so Im going to select it go to shape format click on this icon here and select no outline and then for the shape fill Im going to use a gradient so to get to gradients go to sh
