hi everyone my name is andy park welcome to this channel in this very short video iamp;#39;ll show you how to remove speaker notes from powerpoint before sharing so these past two weeks iamp;#39;ve had to organize and administer a bunch of virtual presentations for different departments and part of my job was to also distribute these presentations to the audience afterwards now there are two things that i always do before distributing powerpoint presentations the first is to compress and reduce the file size so that they can be shared more easily and i did make a video about this if you want to check it out and the other is to remove the speaker notes with more people having to deliver their presentations virtually now many people are scripting their presentations and using the notes section under the presentation slides to enter their speaking notes while this is super helpful in delivering the presentations this is not something that you generally want to share with the audience so

Control + M Hide all ink marks on the slide. Press the shortcut a second time to make all ink reappear. Control + E Activate the eraser to erase one drawing at a time.
Click Eraser, and then hold down the left mouse button and drag the eraser over what you want to erase. Click Erase All Ink on Slide to erase everything youve written or drawn on the slide.
To remove some or all of what youve written or drawn, right-click the slide, point to Pointer Options, and then do one of the following: Click Eraser, and then hold down the left mouse button and drag the eraser over what you want to erase.
Select the object with the background, and then go to Home Drawing Tools Eraser. Use the Eraser tool and drag over the part of the image that you want to remove. You can also change the brush size by clicking on it and dragging up or down on your mouse button.
The keyboard shortcut for the eraser is the letter E. To cycle through all three eraser tools, hold down the Shift key while repeatedly pressing the shortcut key. The erasers act like paintbrushes in reverse.
Ctrl+E or E If you need to erase a mark you made with a pen on a slide, you can change the pointer to an eraser by pressing Ctrl+E. You can erase all the marks you made to a slide at once by pressing the E key. (The pointer will not change in the latter case.)
Under Draw Tools, tap the Eraser. (In PowerPoint for Microsoft 365, you can choose from four erasers. Tap the down arrow on the Eraser button to pick the eraser that you want.) With your pen or finger, drag the eraser over the ink you want to remove.
