Click on the Finder icon in the Dock. Click on the Go menu at the top of the window and select Utilities. Double-click on Keychain Access. Select Certificates from the list of categories. Click on the certificate you want to delete. An untrusted certificate has a red X symbol under its name.
Press Windows Key + R Key together, type certmgr. msc, and hit enter. You will get a new window with the list of Certificates installed on your computer. Locate the certificate you want to delete and then click on the Action button then, click on Delete.
In macOS, certificates are part of your digital identity and are stored in your keychain. Keychain Access lets you manage your certificates and keychains.
To remove it completely do the following: Log in to Apple Developer Center. Find the certificate in question and click it. Now click the Revoke button (see attached screenshot). Certificate should disappear. Go back to Xcode and refresh the dialog. Now it should be gone. *

In the drop-down menu, check the Delete entry next to the certificate name. Confirm again by pressing the Delete button.
