Edit or delete a timesheet using the approvals report Go to Time, then select Time entries. If Display by is set to Date, select Approvals. Or, set Display by to All workers to edit or delete time. Select the date range, then in the Status dropdown, select Unapproved.
Edit items Select Lists, then select Item List (for Windows) or Items (for Mac). Double-click the item you want to change. Edit the info for the item. Select OK.
Edit a transaction Find and select the transaction in the account register to expand the view. Make changes to the available fields. If you want to change something in the grayed-out sections, select Edit. When youre ready, select Save or Save and close.

In QuickBooks Time, select Time Entries, then Timesheets. Select the correct date range, and find the timesheet you want to edit or delete. To edit, select Edit Time ✎, make the changes, and select Save. To delete, select Delete Time , then Delete to confirm.
