hello in this video iamp;#39;m going to show you how to remove apostrophes at the beginning of a sale if you want to type a telephone number for example so say plus 4 4 and then the telephone number the plus sign would be removed because excel would read this as a formula so if you want to retain the plus sign you need to put an apostrophe and then plus and in this way excel will read this as a text but what if you donamp;#39;t want to put an apostrophe at the beginning of a cell for whichever reason so what you can do is you can click a cell and then set it as a text and in this way excel will read it as a text and the apostrophes would no longer be needed but it depends on the data that you have so for example if you already have a given set of data like this one so even if you set this as a text the plus sign i mean the apostrophes would still be there so the way to do this is you can set a blank cell as text and then copy and then highlight the cells and then go to paste special

Add Bates numbering Select the Edit mega verb from the global bar and select More Bates numbering Add. In the Bates Numbering dialog box, select Add files, and choose Add Files, Add Folders, or Add Open Files. As needed, do any of the following in the list of files:
Hold down Alt (Windows) or Option (Mac OS) while clicking a button to display the Bullets And Numbering dialog box. Choose Bullets And Numbering from the Paragraph panel or Command panel. For List Type, choose either Bullets or Numbers. Specify the settings you want, and then click OK.
How to add Bates Numbering to a PDF in docHub. Open the file. Click Tools. Select Edit PDF. Choose More. Click Bates Numbering and Add. Select Output Options to customize the serial numbers. Click OK.
In docHub Pro, select the range of pages you want to renumber, then go to Options Page Labels to change the page numbering. In Preview for macOS, go to Settings PDF Use logical page numbers.
To remove Bates numbers from a PDF file: On the Page Layout tab, in the Page Marks group, click the arrow next to Bates Number and click Remove Bates Numbering. Click OK at the confirmation prompt, and the tool will scan the document and remove all instances of Bates numbering.
Select Edit Insert Bates Numbering Remove to permanently remove Bates numbers from currently open files. Other header and/or footer elements, if any, are retained. An information box instructs you how to interpret the results of the operation.
Contents of native-format files cannot readily be Bates numbered. Similarly, files like Excel spreadsheets arent necessarily formatted for or conducive to pagination.
Open the PDF document that you would like to edit. On the right-hand side of Acrobat, click Edit PDF. Located on the center of the top edit toolbar, click Header and Footer. If a Header or Footer exists, click Update otherwise click Add. When finished with the Header or Footer, click OK to save the changes.
