To remove a background image from your phone, go to the form design properties, then click on the button "Eva". Click on the square box, which will take you to the property sheet of the form. Alternatively, you could have clicked on "Property" and chosen "Form" from the drop-down menu. Scroll down to where it says "Picture", remove the number by the picture, and click the enter key.
