Revoke Multifactor authentication In the Admin Area, select the technician and clear Force Two Factor Authentication usage. In the Windows Console, log in to the account that requires the removal, and click Revoke two factor authentication.
The answer is very straight forward. You can disable MFA on single basis through: Go to Microsoft 365 admin center - Users - Active users - Select the user - Manage multifactor authentication - Select the user - Disable multi-factor authentication.
Disable multi-factor authentication Go to the multi-factor authentication page. To disable MFA for a specific user, select the checkbox next to their display name. On the rightmost side of the page, under quick steps, select Disable. In the confirmation window, select yes and then select close.
Procedure From the navigation pane, go to Manage Security. Click the Users tile. In the row for the user, click the action button. From the Web authenticator name list, select the web authenticator you want to remove for the user. From the Verification method list, select one of the following two verification methods:
Disable multi-factor authentication for a user Log in to your Office 365 Control Panel. From the left menu, select Office 365 Admin Center. From the top menu, select Multi-factor authentication. Select the check box next to the user you need to disable multi-factor authentication for. Under quick steps, select Disable.
Delete your MFA method In your account dashboard, select Sign in Security. In the Security tab, youll find all of the MFA methods youve set up. Find the MFA sign-in method youd like to delete, then select the trash can icon 🗑.
Open your Google Account. In the Security section, select 2-Step Verification. You might need to sign in. Select Turn off.
Delete a 2FA account on Android Tap and hold the desired authenticator account, and then select Remove. A notification window will be displayed advising your account will be deleted in 48 hours. Tap OK to continue.
