Open the PDF in Acrobat. Use the Unlock tool: Choose Tools Protect Encrypt Remove Security.
Then, follow these steps: Open the PDF in Acrobat Pro on Windows or Mac. Choose Tools Encrypt Remove Security. If the document has a Document Open password, click OK to remove it. If the document has a permissions password, type the correct password in the Enter Password box and then click OK.
Remove a Password from PDF Login to docHub on desk top. Open the PDF file that you want to remove Password Protect from. Locate the lock icon, which will open Security Settings. In Security Settings, click Permission Details. A pop-up will appear titled Document Properties. Select No Security.
docHub Pro Click the Lock icon on the left side of the file and choose Permission Details. You can also click on the File menu, then select Properties and then the Security tab. In the Security Method box, select No Security and then OK to remove the current password from the PDF.
Choose Tools Protect Encrypt Remove Security. Remove Security: The options vary depending on the type of password security attached to the document. If the document has a Document Open password, click OK to remove it from the document.
Launch docHub Pro and open the PDF document. Click Encrypt and then Remove Security after selecting the Protect tab. Save the PDF document with the changes.
Open the PDF file in Acrobat Reader. Open the Unlock tool, then choose Tools, Protect, Encrypt and then Remove Security as each becomes available from Tools. After selecting Remove Security, enter the documents open password in the Document Open Password box and click OK to remove the password.
